The Fitness Industry Council of Canada hosted the Canadian Forum, sharing insights into lobbying efforts in Canada including the continuing ask of the federal government to revive line 33099 to allow gym memberships to be included as a medical expense, and the precedent set by Newfoundland and Labrador in 2021 to introduce a Physical Activity Tax Credit.
